The RM-010 is a heavy-duty commercial 1000L dual-zone stainless steel wine cooler cabinet engineered for luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, VIP airport lounges, and private residential wine collections. Featuring two independently regulated temperature zones (5°C–12°C for white wines and champagnes, 12°C–20°C for full-bodied red wines), this high-capacity commercial wine refrigerator combines a heavy-gauge SUS 304 metal exterior, low-noise acoustic insulation (≤35dB), and double-glazed Low-E anti-UV glass doors.
Net storage volume is approximately 1,000 liters with dual independent digital temperature zones. Standard electrical configuration is 220V/50Hz (110V/60Hz optional upon engineering order). Noise level is engineered for quiet commercial hospitality environments (≤35dB). Compressor and cooling circuit utilize eco-friendly R600a/R290 refrigerant.

Heavy-Gauge SUS 304 Stainless Steel Body: Durable 1.2mm–1.5mm hairline brushed SUS 304 stainless steel outer casing and inner liner, providing commercial hygiene and lifelong corrosion resistance.
Dual-Zone Precision Microclimate: Two independent microprocessors and digital touch displays governing separate cooling chambers (Upper: 5°C–12°C; Lower: 12°C–20°C) with ±0.5°C temperature stability.
Low-Vibration Acoustic Engineering: Quiet inverter-driven compressor mounted on high-damping rubber vibration isolators, maintaining operating acoustic sound levels at ≤35dB.
Low-E UV-Protected Double Glazing: Double-glazed tempered glass door with argon gas insulation and Low-E coating, preventing condensation while shielding fine vintages from ambient light degradation.
Preserving diverse wine varietals within a single commercial cabinet requires uncompromising thermal zoning. The RM-010 is engineered with two hermetically separated compartments, each featuring dedicated evaporator coils, internal cross-flow circulation fans, and independent digital temperature controllers. The upper zone accommodates crisp whites and sparkling champagnes at 5°C–12°C, while the lower zone maintains full-bodied reds at 12°C–20°C. Internal relative humidity is naturally balanced between 55% and 75% RH to preserve cork elasticity.
In high-end dining and luxury hospitality venues, equipment noise and external heat intrusion cannot be tolerated. The RM-010 cabinet shell is insulated with high-density, eco-friendly cyclopentane polyurethane foam (45mm thickness) pressure-injected into the double-wall stainless steel chassis. The variable-speed inverter refrigeration system is decoupled from the chassis via heavy-duty anti-vibration damping pads, resulting in smooth, low-frequency operation at ≤35dB.
Constructed inside and out from prime SUS 304 food-grade stainless steel, the RM-010 is impervious to commercial kitchen humidity and frequent sanitizing wipe-downs. Interior bottle shelves are mounted on heavy-duty telescopic stainless steel ball-bearing slides, allowing smooth, full-extension bottle access. Shelves feature natural beechwood or stainless steel rod cradles designed to securely store Bordeaux, Burgundy, and oversized Champagne bottles without label abrasion.
Engineered for continuous 24/7 commercial operation, the RM-010 includes smart door-open alarms, power-outage memory recovery, and an automatic condensate evaporation tray that eliminates the need for external plumbing drains. Prior to export packaging, each unit undergoes a 48-hour continuous thermal validation run in our Foshan testing bay. Finished units are secured in reinforced seaworthy wooden crates for safe global transit.
