How we handle the information you share with us, and the analytics used on this website.
Last updated: 19 September 2026
This website is operated by Guangdong Jiushiku Wine Cellar Engineering Co., Ltd. (brand: ROYAL METAL), a manufacturer of wine cellars and stainless steel cabinets in Foshan, Guangdong, China. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. You can reach us at kenny@viphonya.com.
When you send an enquiry or request a quote we collect the details you enter: your name, company name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, the product category and quantity you are interested in, and your message. We use this only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
We use three third-party measurement tools. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies and reports aggregated traffic and interaction data. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and referrers without setting cookies. Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session replays and click heatmaps, which may include mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the pages you view; text you type into form fields is masked by default and is not captured. These tools do not identify you by name, and we do not use them for advertising.
We use your information to respond to enquiries and prepare quotations, to provide and improve our products and this website, to keep records of business communications, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate: our hosting and analytics providers named above, and our email and messaging providers. They process data on our instructions. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.
Enquiry and quotation records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy accounting and legal requirements, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default retention period (Google Analytics 4: 13 months; Microsoft Clarity: 30 days for recordings, longer for aggregated reports).
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at kenny@viphonya.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
We may update this notice from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest revision. If you have any question about this policy or about how your information is handled, please contact us at kenny@viphonya.com or +8613925450033.
