1. CAD/3D Parametric Design & 24-Hour Layout Response

Our dedicated in-house engineering department bridges the gap between architectural concept and precision factory fabrication. We accept all standard CAD formats, including DWG, DXF, 3DM (Rhino), SKP (SketchUp), STEP, and PDF drawings.

Upon receipt of complete spatial dimensions, ceiling heights, target bottle capacities, and finish directions, our engineering team provides a free preliminary 2D CAD layout review and factory-direct price estimation within 24 to 48 hours.

For approved projects, we produce comprehensive 3D shop drawings, structural section details, glass mounting specifications, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) connection interfaces for architect and general contractor review prior to fabrication.

2. In-House 6,600 m² Modern Workshop & Heavy Machinery

All structural fabrication, machining, welding, surface finishing, and assembly occur within our company-operated 6,600 m² production facility in Foshan, Guangdong—the world’s foremost manufacturing cluster for architectural stainless steel.

Our workshop is equipped with industrial-grade precision metalworking machinery: multi-axis fiber laser sheet and tube cutting systems, CNC synchronized hydraulic press brakes for micro-angle bending, automated argon-shielded TIG/MIG welding bays, and mechanical satin/mirror polishing stations.

To ensure exceptional surface aesthetics, structural metal components undergo multi-stage vacuum PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) titanium coating, producing permanent, fade-resistant architectural finishes in Champagne Gold, Rose Gold, Matte Black Titanium, Antique Bronze, and Satin Brass.

3. 3-Tier Quality Inspection Protocol & CE Compliance

We enforce a rigorous 3-tier internal quality assurance protocol led by our dedicated QA/QC department (comprising 3 specialized quality inspectors):

Tier 1 — Incoming Raw Material Inspection: Verifying mill test certificates, chemical composition, and thickness tolerances for all incoming SUS 304 and SUS 316 stainless steel sheets, structural tubes, and imported hardwoods.

Tier 2 — In-Process Dimensional & Weld Inspection: Continuous checking of laser-cut dimensions, CNC bend angles, diagonal squareness, and weld penetration during structural assembly.

Tier 3 — 100% Factory Trial Pre-Assembly: Every custom walk-in wine cellar, modular wine rack, and commercial bar counter is fully pre-assembled in our factory prior to crating, verifying dimensional fit, door alignment, magnetic gasket seal, and electrical illumination.

4. Full-Cycle OEM/ODM Customization Workflow
