Heavy-Duty SUS 304 Metallurgy & Marine-Edge Spill Containment

Commercial bar counters face continuous exposure to acidic citrus juices, high-proof alcohol spills, heavy glassware impacts, and aggressive chemical sanitizers. Low-grade 201 or 430 stainless steel quickly pits, discolors, and rusts under these conditions.

ROYAL METAL fabricates all work surfaces exclusively from certified prime 1.5mm to 2.0mm SUS 304 stainless steel. The main worktop features a seamless 15mm raised marine anti-drip edge around the entire perimeter, preventing liquid overflow onto finished flooring.

The RM-026 modular sub-structure is pre-engineered with internal utility chase channels (100mm × 100mm) running longitudinally beneath the work surface.
